These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SuperVoltz E-Bikes products and website. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of This Website

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
  • You may not use SuperVoltz E-Bikes photos or videos without our written consent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Product Information

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Product images are for reference only; actual appearance may vary.
  • Motor kits are compatible only with open-slotted dropouts.
  • Not compatible with thru-axle or closed dropout systems.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility and sizing before ordering.

3. Legal Use & Compliance

  • Our products may exceed legal e-bike limits for public road use.
  • All products are sold for off-road or private property use only, unless local laws permit otherwise.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local traffic and safety regulations.

4. Installation & Usage Liability

E-bike conversion kits, batteries, and electrical components require advanced technical knowledge for safe installation and operation. We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified e-bike technician, licensed electrician, auto electrician, or experienced mechanic familiar with high-power electrical systems.

  • Warranty coverage applies only if the product has been installed correctly and safely by a qualified e-bike technician, electrician, or experienced mechanic.
  • Kits are not designed for jumps, stunt riding, or harsh off-road impacts.
  • Incorrect installation, wiring errors, or mixing parts with third-party components is not supported and voids warranty.
  • Torque arms must be fitted at all times.
  • Products are water resistant but are not designed for prolonged heavy rain exposure, flooding, pressure washing, or submersion.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect fitment, damage, or faults caused during installation.
  • Customers who choose to self-install accept full responsibility for safe installation and setup.

By purchasing, you acknowledge these are high-performance electrical products, and any issues caused by user error, improper installation, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

Please note: if the product is not installed by a qualified e-bike technician, licensed auto electrician, or other certified professional, the warranty will be void.

5. Battery Fitment Disclaimer

We provide complete battery measurements in the product photos, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check these measurements against their own bike frame before purchasing. Bike frames vary in shape, angle, spacing, and overall geometry depending on brand, model, and year — even when listed measurements appear similar, differences in frame angle or layout may still prevent a correct fit. Because of this variation, we cannot guarantee compatibility with any specific frame and are not liable for batteries or bags that do not fit. Confirming fitment using the measurements provided is the customer’s responsibility.

Bottle cage holder bolts must be removed before installing any battery or battery bag. Left in place, they can press against the battery, rub through the casing, or cause damage while riding. Damage caused by leaving bottle cage bolts installed is not covered under warranty.

6. Battery Safety

  • Do not use damaged batteries or chargers.
  • Stop using the battery immediately if it becomes hot, emits an odor, or shows signs of damage.
  • Do not open, modify, or attempt to repair a battery yourself.
  • Warranty is void if the battery has been tampered with, altered, or modified.
  • Do not leave a battery connected to a charger after charging is complete.
  • All charging and battery use are at the customer’s own risk.

7. Refunds & Warranty

  • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, change of circumstances, incorrect selection, or buyer error.
  • Replacements are only provided for verified manufacturing faults.
  • Warranty claims require clear photo or video proof of the issue.
  • Customers should report any suspected manufacturing faults as soon as possible after discovery.
  • All items must be returned in original condition for inspection.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Use of SuperVoltz E-Bikes products is at your own risk.
  • SuperVoltz E-Bikes is not liable for injuries, damages, or legal issues arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or non-compliance with local laws.
  • Always wear proper safety equipment, such as a helmet and gloves, when riding.
  • SuperVoltz E-Bikes is not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses resulting from user error or third-party modifications.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
  • Customers must comply with all applicable traffic, import, and safety laws when using their e-bike.

10. General

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our website or products means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder continues in force.
