Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with SuperVoltz E-Bikes. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. We currently ship within the United States only.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Kits, Batteries, and Bundles. No minimum order value required.

Production Time

Our e-bike conversion kits and batteries are built to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 5–10 business days for production and preparation before it is handed off for shipping. This time is separate from the shipping transit time below.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our facility, standard delivery is estimated at 3–4 weeks. This estimate covers transit time only and does not include the production time above.

Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can and do happen due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Courier and freight delays
High order volume or seasonal demand
Weather events or regional disruptions
Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us and we’ll check on it — but we ask for patience during the standard 3–4 week window before assuming something has gone wrong.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at supervoltzebikes@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
