Where do you ship, and is shipping free?
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all Kits, Batteries, and Bundles — no minimum order required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our kits and batteries are built to order, so please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Once it leaves our facility, standard delivery is estimated at 3–4 weeks.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee — delays can happen due to courier issues, high order volume, weather, or address errors. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Will a kit fit my bike?
Our motor kits are compatible only with open dropout (quick-release) frames — not thru-axle or closed dropout systems. Default dropout width is 135 mm; leave a note in your order if you need 150 mm.
Battery fitment is separate and depends on your frame's front triangle: 20Ah and 25Ah batteries fit Medium frames and up, while 30Ah batteries may require a Large or XLarge frame. We recommend Large/XLarge frames for the best fit, but frame geometry varies between brands, so we cannot guarantee battery fitment on any frame. Please check your own measurements before ordering.
What's covered under warranty?
We provide warranty coverage for manufacturing faults only: batteries, motors, and other kit parts are each covered for 6 months. Warranty coverage applies only when the product has been professionally installed, and proof of installation is required to make a claim. Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or incompatible components is not covered.
Can I return or cancel my order?
We don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer error, so please double-check your order details and sizing before purchasing. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it can't be cancelled or refunded. If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out and we'll do our best to help — cancellation fees may apply.
Are these kits legal to ride on public roads?
Our products may exceed legal e-bike limits for public road use and are sold for off-road or private property use only, unless your local laws permit otherwise. It's your responsibility to confirm compliance with local traffic and safety regulations before riding on public roads.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
