We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all Kits, Batteries, and Bundles — no minimum order required.

Our kits and batteries are built to order, so please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Once it leaves our facility, standard delivery is estimated at 3–4 weeks.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee — delays can happen due to courier issues, high order volume, weather, or address errors. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Our motor kits are compatible only with open dropout (quick-release) frames — not thru-axle or closed dropout systems. Most bicycles use a 135 mm rear dropout width, so our 1500W, 2000W and 3000W kits fit the vast majority of bikes (the 5000W kit uses 150 mm).

The batteries typically fit quite easily too: 20Ah and 25Ah batteries fit Medium frames and up, and 30Ah batteries may need a Large or XLarge frame. Frame geometry varies between brands, so please check your own measurements before ordering.

We provide warranty coverage for manufacturing faults only: batteries, motors, and other kit parts are each covered for 6 months. Warranty coverage applies only when the product has been professionally installed, and proof of installation is required to make a claim. Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or incompatible components is not covered.

We don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer error, so please double-check your order details and sizing before purchasing. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it can't be cancelled or refunded. If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out and we'll do our best to help — cancellation fees may apply.

Our products may exceed legal e-bike limits for public road use and are sold for off-road or private property use only, unless your local laws permit otherwise. It's your responsibility to confirm compliance with local traffic and safety regulations before riding on public roads.
